What is MetalMarked?
We’re the people who make your ideas permanent — in stainless steel, brass, copper, titanium, and more. From golf gear to challenge coins, bag tags, business cards, tumblers, jewelry, and plaques… if it’s metal, we probably engrave it. If it’s not, we might still find a way.
Do I need to bring my own artwork?
Nope. Got a design already? Send it. Got a napkin sketch? We can turn it into a masterpiece. Got nothing but an idea? We’ll help you make it happen.
What materials can you engrave?
Our fiber laser eats stainless steel for breakfast, brass and copper for lunch, and titanium for dinner. We also work on aluminum and coated metals — we’ll strip the coating for that nice high-contrast look.
Ordering & Customization
How do I order?
Order online, email us, or call us. Send your design (or your idea), we send you a proof, you approve it, and we make it real.
Do you have a minimum order size?
Nope. One piece or a thousand — we’re game. Bulk gets you better pricing, though.
Can you engrave both sides?
Absolutely. Front, back, or even weird angles — if the laser can reach it, we can engrave it.
Will I see a proof before you start?
Always. No surprises here — you’ll approve the final design before we touch your item.
Shipping & Delivery
How do you ship?
UPS Ground is our go-to. Need it faster? We can rush it — just ask.
How long will it take?
Most orders ship within 3–7 business days after you approve the proof. UPS Ground usually takes 1–5 days, depending on how far you are from us.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Not yet — we’re keeping it stateside for now.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a custom order?
Custom means made just for you — so those are final sale unless we messed up. If we did, we’ll make it right.
What about non-custom stuff?
You’ve got 14 days from delivery to send it back in the same condition. We’ll refund the item cost (not shipping). No restock fees, no attitude.
What if my order shows up damaged?
Send us pics within 48 hours and we’ll get a replacement or refund going.
Artwork & Files
What file types do you accept?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) are best. High-res PNG or JPG works too — just no blurry screenshots, please.
My file isn’t “laser-ready.” Can you fix it?
Yep. Simple tweaks are free, bigger fixes might have a setup fee — we’ll tell you up front.
Product Care
How do I keep my engraved item looking good?
Engraving is permanent, but fingerprints aren’t. Wipe with a soft cloth and a little mild soap if needed. Skip the abrasive stuff.

Do you give bulk discounts?
Yep. The more you order, the better the deal. Just ask for a quote.
Can you match my brand colors?
We don’t print color — we engrave into the metal. That said, on certain metals we can create some awesome heat-engraved color effects.
